SEP Participation in EEPC iessX : 16, 17 & 18th March 2023

Team SMAK SEP team attended first ever 19+ team together which was a fantastic experience under SMAK Pavilion at IESS, Chennai.

Team SEP made their identity in this Exhibition. Some SEP teammates had their first ever experience in any exhibition.

Chennai has always been special for industrialists and this was just perfect platform for Team SEP to go Global. At iessX, Team SEP got to meet perfect pin point contacts from around 7 countries with same working sectors. During exhibition they meet various visitors and discussed about their companies, products, systems and strength of SEP.

Main insights which Team SEP found important was they must develop a team who would cater to international marketing. B2B meeting was their 1st experience but they did it very systematically with foreign companies and got much more experience also. Attending B2B meeting with various countries gave leads and they got opportunity to get connected with many business personnel from references. These meetings certainly encouraged their confidence. Most of discussions may convert in RFQS and valuable orders soon from various companies.

The interaction with Malaysia and Nigeria delegates sharing their problems and Team SEP were truly connected at that point as they had solution for the same and they were surprised to get what they wanted. These little things will build in long term.

Best part they experienced in the exhibition was solid networking of light minded peoples which were present at the exhibition. Also they got experience with interacting foreign buyers, understanding their requirements. They also experienced the positive support from EEPC officials they were also happy to see Team SEP strength on board. This has increased their confidence on us. SEP Pavilion was unique and attractive said by EEPC team Chennai.

Networking dinner was just perfect moment for Team SEP which they will surely remember for long time with those with whom they are associating in long term. Many received direct orders and hot leads. Superb bonding and coordination between each SEP member realized their unity and helping nature that will take all of them ahead in the growth and happy to get enormous positive and appreciable response from visitors about our cluster.

Exhibition pre-preparations to post-execution by entire SEP team was fantastic and role model for others to learn about unity in diversity.

One of the team SEP member expressed his views quote "All component manufacturers were visitors and now we became exhibitors due to SEP" unquote these words speak a lot about SEP.

At the end Learning from people and events surely remains on cards during such expos.
